Description
Responsible for greeting visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner
Perform the tasks of monitoring access to the building and report any suspicious activity to the management staff
Responsible for maintaining the Fitness Arena’s facilities and ensuring that the resources are used efficiently
Handle general administrative tasks like emailing and faxing written correspondence, distributing parcels and updating calendars
Responsible for collecting feedback from members on the service and update the same to the concern Department.
Schedule appointments of the new members with the trainer and dietitian
Job Specification
Jacked Nutrition is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Front Desk Officer in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree in any subject qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require monitoring, access, building, management staff, fitness, facilities, general, correspondence, feedback, service, trainer mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
