Description

We are looking for a resource having strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA based project.

Candidates having packaging experience will be preferred.
Brief Job description are as follows:
Managing incoming calls, chats and emails.
Generating sales inquiries through incoming calls, custom quote request forms, chats and emails.
Making sure every inquiry is catered properly; working in supervision of sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales.
Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotation in time.
Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities.
Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files.
Coordinating with design team to make artwork changes requested by customer.
Coordinating with shipping team to make sure customer receives his/her job on time.
NOTE:
Job timing is Pm to Am with Saturday and Sunday off.
Candidates must have fluency in spoken and writing English.
Mentioned salary is exclusive of sales commissions.
Candidates must have minimum years international call center experience .

The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require resource, strong communication skills, spoken english, project, packaging, incoming, calls, sales, forms, supervision, sales manager, project manager, estimation, make, customer, quotation, customer complaints, solutions, production, artwork, design, shipping, timing, writing, international call center, basic mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 40k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
