Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Upwork Bidder / Sales Intern to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in IT sales and freelancing platforms. You will be responsible for generating leads, bidding on Upwork projects, and helping the team achieve monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage Upwork profiles with an optimized approach for bidding.
Identify potential clients and submit quality proposals for relevant projects.
Regularly track project statuses, follow-ups, and communication with prospects.
Assist in writing engaging cover letters to secure freelance projects.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement sales strategies.
Maintain a database of leads and provide regular reports.
Ensure consistent follow-ups to convert bids into successful projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, IT).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork or Fiverr.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and a fast learner.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

The ideal candidate should have fresh graduates qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require sales, intern, it sales, freelancing, platforms, bidding, quality, proposals, project, communication, writing, database, field, business, marketing, verbal communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
