Position: SEO Specialist

Webfunnel is a Canadian based dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in data-driven SEO, PPC, and social media strategies to help clients maximize their online presence and drive growth. We operate fully remotely with a daily scrum call to discuss updates, blockers, and plans. This position offers a competitive compensation of , – , PKR per month.

- Technical SEO & Performance:

* Screaming Frog

* Page Speed Insights

- CMS & Tracking:

* WordPress (basic content updates)

* Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics (conversion/event setup)

. Core SEO Responsibilities

- On-Page SEO: Optimize meta tags, headings, images, schema markup

- Technical SEO: XML sitemaps, robots.txt, crawl budget, HTTPS, mobile-first audits

- Off-Page SEO: Link-building outreach, guest posting, local citations

- Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profiles (views, calls, directions)

- Content Optimization: Update existing copy and develop new landing pages

- Structured Data: Implement schema markup to enhance SERP features

- SEO Audits: Conduct regular technical audits and collaborate with developers

. Paid Advertising (PPC)

- Google Ads: Campaign planning, keyword research, bid strategy, display campaigns

- Meta Ads: Campaign creation, audience segmentation, budget optimization

- Conversion Tracking: Setup via GTM & Analytics for accurate ROI measurement

- Tools: Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, Search Ads (a plus)

. Content & Campaign Management

- Blog & Landing Pages: Topic research, briefs, and SEO-driven copywriting

- Social Media: Content calendar creation, engagement strategies

- Email Marketing: Newsletter and promotional campaign design, testing

. Analytics & Reporting

- Performance Monitoring: GA dashboards, Search Console reports

- CRO & Testing: Heatmaps, A/B tests on key CTAs

- KPI Reporting: Weekly/monthly reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI

. Qualifications & Experience

- Proven track record increasing organic traffic and managing PPC

- Google Ads Certified (Search & Display)

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards)
