Role Overview:

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help us grow and engage our community. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands content trends, and knows how to make a brand stand out online.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest

Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner

Research trends and propose new content ideas to boost reach and engagement

Help track social media performance metrics and provide monthly reports

Collaborate with the content and marketing team to maintain brand consistency

Requirements:

Proven experience managing or assisting with social media accounts (personal or professional)

Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later)

Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)

Enthusiasm for food, especially meat and grilling culture, is a big plus

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video, reels, stories, etc.) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, and YouTube.

Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and engage with followers to build community.

Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on ROI, engagement, and growth.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools to optimize performance.

Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and external agencies for collaborations and campaigns.
