Description
• Receive and screen phone calls on behalf of MD/Director
• Manage the Executive’s email accounts, including monitoring email and responding on their behalf when appropriate
• Correspondence on Executive’s behalf, including but not limited to letters to business contacts, new business prospects as well as thank you and meeting follow-up letter
• Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, off-site meeting venues and directions
• Handle confidential documents ensure they remain secure
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
• Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings
• Compose and type agendas and correspond for special events, board meetings, committee meetings and development activities
• Update and manage list of prospects as well as address book
• Manage day to day operations
• Perform all duties as assigned
