Job description:

Tekventure is seeking a proactive and detail-focused HR Executive to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have practical experience across core HR functions and be capable of managing responsibilities independently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation

Manage attendance, leave tracking, and assist with basic payroll coordination

Address routine HR queries and support employee engagement initiatives

Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data

Requirements:

At least months of experience in an HR-related role

Fundamental knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently during night shifts

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Email)
