Description
Team Supervision & Management:
- Lead, supervise, and manage the eBay operations team. Assign tasks, monitor performance, provide training, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Full eBay Account Management:
- Oversee end-to-end management of the eBay seller account, including compliance, account health, and operational efficiency.
- Product Listing & Optimization:
- Supervise creation and optimization of product listings with strong titles, descriptions, keywords, images, item specifics, and pricing for maximum visibility and sales.
- Listing Research & Selection:
- Identify profitable, in-demand, and compliant products using market research, competitor analysis, and sales data.
- Order Management:
- Oversee order processing, tracking updates, timely delivery, handling delays, cancellations, and customer notifications.
- Customer Support Oversight:
- Manage buyer communication, resolve disputes, handle returns and refunds, and maintain high feedback ratings.
- Dropshipping Model (Amazon & AliExpress to eBay):
- Supervise dropshipping operations from Amazon and AliExpress to eBay, ensuring correct sourcing, order placement, tracking, and compliance with eBay policies.
- Full Knowledge of Amazon & AliExpress to eBay Processes:
- Ensure deep understanding of sourcing, pricing, listing, shipping, and order management for products imported from Amazon and AliExpress to eBay.
- Supplier Management (Multiple Suppliers):
- Coordinate with multiple suppliers, monitor stock, pricing, shipping performance, and product quality for consistent fulfillment.
- PNL & Cost Management:
- Track profit and loss, manage product costs, eBay fees, shipping, refunds, and margins to ensure profitability.
- Sales Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales using promotions, advertising, competitive pricing, and market analysis.
- Value Addition & Store Optimization:
- Improve store branding, conversion rates, bundles, upselling, cross-selling, and listing performance to maximize long-term account value.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Plan and manage eBay promotions, discounts, coupons, and ad campaigns to boost traffic and sales.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Prepare detailed reports on sales, profit, KPIs, team performance, and provide actionable insights for growth.
