Essential Job Functions: Under the direction and supervision of the CEO, the Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and manage the implementation and optimization of all digital campaigns for the Saremco Group different division’s products & portals to drive brand awareness and prospective client’s engagement.
- Will prepare & implement strategy for different divisions products & services. Use competitive analysis to create marketing strategy for gaining market share of each business sector of the Saremco.
-The incumbent will: oversee the development and implementation of automated e-mail campaigns to support marketing efforts to prospective clients;
-serve as lead for marketing efforts; manage digital campaigns to support brand and program-specific outreach efforts including paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), SEO, and SEM in collaboration with media partners;
-serve as marketing automation and CRM champion; assist with staff training and onboarding, as needed; and assist with reporting functions
-Execute digital marketing campaigns, including all traffic, conversion and optimization efforts while keeping an eye on KPI goals and maximizing ROI
Implement digital marketing tactics, including search engine/social marketing (SEM), pay-per-click marketing (PPC), display and re-targeting
-Identify and drive action plans to improve conversion rates and inbound lead development and demand generation
-Optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft advertising, organic content and all other online ad/content efforts
-Contribute towards a full funnel digital marketing program by improving conversion rates, increasing inbound lead traffic and maximizing search engine ranking
-Improve landing page performance by providing analytics based input, a/b test ads and other creative
-Provide input for, tag and work with a graphic designer to help analyze and run promotional email campaigns
-Create/manage reporting and provide insights on ad, landing page and organic content performance
-Plan and execute all pay-per-click campaigns, including vendor management, campaign data analysis and executive reporting to increase traffic and improve customer conversion rates
-Utilize display and re-targeting campaigns to drive awareness, increase traffic and improve customer conversion rates. Analyze all campaigns utilizing web analytics tools
Communicate performance, insights and opportunities throughout the organization with frequent analysis and a focus on key performance metrics
-Work with ‘in the field’ or ‘on-site’ apartment community team members to identify opportunities for executing digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and revenue for the company
-Optimize images for digital marketing efforts including user experience and SEO
-HTML experience a plus
- extensive SEO knowledge and implementation plan of SEO for group websites is compulsory
-Other duties may be assigned
Experience working with agency partners and external vendors to establish, monitor, and optimize campaigns to support business needs.
Familiarity with paid social channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Awareness of marketing automation and best practices for drip/multi-touch campaigns.
Understanding of marketing automation principles, customized and multi-touch campaigns, dashboards, and reporting. Proficient in standard office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude with an ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Must possess: project management skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across departments to achieve goals and communicate the value of marketing automation and CRM functionality to leadership and staff. Demonstrated ability and/or interest in working with a multicultural/multiethnic population. A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate can join our company.
Desired Qualifications: Work experience in, or a familiarity with higher education, nonprofit, or related fields. Traditional marketing experience and an understanding of international audiences.
