Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial information.
Produce monthly management accounts for all departments in a timely and accurate manner for onward submission to management;
Produce weekly sales statistics for circulation to management relating to the Guild’s main commercial activities and other areas that require regular monitoring.
To ensure the timely and accurate preparation of payroll processing data for authorization by the Finance Manager and concerned sites HODs
Supervise, direct, and review the work of the staff (including, but not limited to, cash and bank reconciliations, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.)
Maintain organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions. Review general ledger on a periodical basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Supports budget and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with other department/ staff to support overall organizational goals and objectives and assist the Finance Manager in the annual budget process accordingly;
Assist management in preparation of project feasibilities, Equipment rental proposals and other business proposals viabilities in both short and long terms
Continually look to identify areas for improvement and develop processes that will enhance the level of service offered to Finance Department
Any other Task & assignment assigned by the management or senior/s;
Effectively generate suggestions, non-conformities or complaints through Corrective Action Form;
