Your primary focus will be on accurately inputting and managing data to ensure the smooth operation of our job portal and effective information management.
Job Posting: Add new job listings to our job portal, ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered, including job title, description, requirements, and contact details.
Data Compilation: Collect and compile data from emails received from Viilearn. This includes data entered by both learners and mentees. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data while maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.
Data Entry: Enter and update various data points, such as candidate profiles, job details, and other related information into our internal systems or databases.
Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies, making necessary corrections and ensuring data integrity.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all data entries, updates, and modifications for future reference.
Communication: Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements, resolve discrepancies, and address any questions or concerns related to data entry and management.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and suggest improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Previous Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a related role, preferably in a similar industry or job portal environment.
