Description

GE Solucions is currently looking for a Data Entry Operator, candidates who are well versed in English are encouraged to apply.

• The Employee will be responsible for actively listening to call recordings and doing the necessary transcription.
• Managing all the lead data for proper sorting and quires.
• Proof Reading all the Content and data provided by agents.
• Entering accurate information in the digital forms after auditing the call recordings.
• Sorting and Storing the Data that can be used for timely reviews and proper reporting

• The candidate should be well versed in understanding and speaking English.
• Should possess good communication & interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working in a Call Center industry will be preferred
• The candidate must be responsible and punctual with a positive attitude
