- -Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
- -Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- -Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- -Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- -Good communication skills (English)
- -The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- -Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus
- -Candidates with O/A Level educational background or Graduates with majors in business will be preferred
- -Cross-cultural awareness, Knowledge of UAE market is a plus
- -Should have some experience and knowledge of Customer services/experience.
- -Should be flexible for shifts (females will be given priority for morning timings)

The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require customer service, international clients, phone, trust, customer, open, communication, procedures, communication skills, international, customer support, call center, level, business, awareness, market, flexible mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 30k to 35k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
