Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide assistance to customer via emails/calls regarding their queries.
• Resolve customers’ complaints pronto.
• Keep record of interactions with customer’s complaints and queries for future references.
• Coordinate with colleagues when necessary.
• Forward quotations to the potential customers and assistance.

Requirements:
• Intermediate/Bachelors
• - Years Experience
• Fluent in English
• Sound written communication skills.
• Active Listening
• Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally.

DigitEMB is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Support Executive in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate/bachelors qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require assistance, customer service, fluent in english, written communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
