We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist for Voice Program within the Operations department who shall assist our U.S. based client’s customers with their queries concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call. We are looking for people who have experience in dealing with international customers but above that, we care more about personality, passion, and work ethic. A sense of humor helps a lot too.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require customer, specialist, voice, program, operations, resolution, people, dealing, international, care, customer experience, performance, core, client, website, image, providing, procedures, system, process, specifications, intermediate, verbal, communication, ms office, excel, word, shoes, communication skills, accent, time management, focus, organizing, setting, professional, expect, side, recruitment, screening mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 90k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
