Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive located in Lahore. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, providing customer support, and managing accounts.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Customer Support experience

Account Management expertise

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
