The Customer Service Representative is responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
This position requires a flexible, dynamic, self-motivated individual who should be able to manage large amounts of incoming calls. Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers. Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale. Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Intermediate or equivalent; university degree preferred.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
