Description
NOTE: THIS IS A US BASED CAMPAIGN! Agents with prior call center experience can apply
-Managing the client incoming calls, chats and emails.
-Generating sales inquiries through calls, custom quote request forms, chats and emails.
-Making sure every inquiry is catered properly.
-Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships
-Working in supervision of project manager to convert inquiries into sales.
-Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotation in time.
-Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files.
-Coordinating with design team to make artwork changes requested by customer
-Coordinating with shipping team to make sure customer receives his/her job on time
A HANDSOME PACKAGE WITH SALES COMMISSION WILL BE OFFERED TO SUITABLE CANDIDATE.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require call center, client, incoming, calls, sales, forms, customer, trust, supervision, time, design mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 30k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
