Description

Job Summary:

CodeSure is seeking two experienced and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing Medical Billing team. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in selling Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to healthcare providers in the U.S. market. Their primary responsibility will be identifying prospective medical practices, reaching out to physicians and clinic decision-makers, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential healthcare providers, medical practices, and clinics.
Contact physicians, practice managers, and decision-makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve weekly and monthly appointment targets.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until appointments are confirmed.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Stay updated on Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and healthcare industry trends.

Requirements
Minimum years of experience in Medical Billing sales or Healthcare B B sales.
Proven experience in generating leads and securing appointments with U.S.-based healthcare providers.
Strong understanding of Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), insurance claims, and healthcare workflows.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
