Description
- Find and book profitable loads through load boards or brokers.
- Assign loads to drivers based on location and equipment.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers for pickup and delivery updates.
- Track shipments using dispatch software and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle load documents, rate confirmations, and customer updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, shippers, and carriers.
- Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety policies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with U.S. load boards and dispatching software preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. geography and logistics operations.
- Graduation/A Level
