Description

• Find and book profitable loads through load boards or brokers.
• Assign loads to drivers based on location and equipment.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers for pickup and delivery updates.
• Track shipments using dispatch software and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle load documents, rate confirmations, and customer updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, shippers, and carriers.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety policies.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with U.S. load boards and dispatching software preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. geography and logistics operations.
• Graduation/A Level
• Fluent in English
• Fresh to months experience in same campaign or Call center or BPO
