Description

Hi guys,

I’m looking for Customer Service Agent to be a part of Catering Company that offers Healthy Meal Plans. The Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for enquiries/referrals. You will also have to complete information sheet and assist client from sign up process, up to providing product and service information.

The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality, can communicate efficiently both verbally and in written, have extensive computer skills and able to resolve product and service problems

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering product and service questions promptly and professionally by phone, email, live chat and whatsapp

• Maintains customer records by updating all account information

• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information

• Ensuring that customer is satisfied with service, meals and delivery

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Conversion of KPI for Enquiries to Active Clients and retain them for renewals
