Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer and Social Media Marketing Executive to join our Dubai office. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a creative flair and a passion for digital marketing to contribute to our firm's growth and success. The position offers a hybrid model, allowing the employee to work remotely from Pakistan while also requiring occasional visits to the Dubai office for meetings and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design visually compelling graphics for various marketing collaterals, including social media posts, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.

 Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

 Create engaging and shareable content, including but not limited to written posts, images, videos, and infographics, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

 Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and interactions in a professional and timely manner.

 Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaign objectives.

 Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

 Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and social media marketing to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Marketing Executive, preferably in the financial services industry or a related field.

 Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

 Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

 Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Willingness to travel to the Dubai office for meetings and collaboration as required.
