Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, self-driven and have some basic computer skills.

Suitable Profile for This Position:

Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone.

Must be available to work in evening & night shifts.

Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

Provide quality customer service through phone calls.

Experience in international call center would be preferred

Requirements and Qualifications

Intermediate/ A-Level or Higher.

Excellent communication skills

Previous experience in a customer support role.
