Job Title: Customer Service Representative (US-Based Office)

Location: Lahore (US Office Operations)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage client interactions and provide excellent support for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while working in alignment with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions

Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues

Provide excellent service according to company standards

Assist in preparing reports on client interactions and issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

years of experience in customer service

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Knowledge of US business practices and time zones

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with US clients

Experience in BPO or outsourcing environment

Shift Timing:

Mon to Saturday : pm to am
