Description
- Identify and contact potential clients (carriers, owner-operators, and shippers).
- Pitch dispatching and brokerage services effectively to close new deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular performance updates.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Keep updated on U.S. logistics trends and competitor offerings.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US trucking sector.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and techniques.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet and exceed performance expectations while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (English fluency required).
- Prior experience in U.S. dispatching or logistics sales preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound calling.
