Description
The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Handle outbound sales calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Identify and qualify potential customers through phone interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information
- Intermediate or Equivalent certificate.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
