Job Specification:
People who have previously lived in the UK will be preferred.
People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred.
Exceptional communication skills preferably with foreign accent (British).
Experience in Call Centre Industry will be preferred.
Excellent skills in Customer Management.
Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
Self-motivated.
Good team player.
Ability to multi-task.
Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
Goal-oriented, determined and high-achiever.

IBSTEC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of CSR-Customer Service Representative in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have na qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require inbound, service, provider, calls, people, communication, accent, industry, customer, management, team, standards, handling mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 40k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
