Exceptional communication skills preferably with foreign accent (British).
Experience in Call Centre Industry will be preferred.
Excellent skills in Customer Management.
Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
Good team player.

The ideal candidate should have na qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require inbound, service, provider, calls, people, communication, accent, industry, customer, management, team, standards, handling mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 40k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
