Description
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Female Coordinator to support our CEO. This role demands excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Arrange travel, logistics, and accommodations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion, integrity, and adaptability.
