Description

We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Personal Secretary to provide full-time on-site support to the CEO. This role involves working closely with the CEO to deliver comprehensive operational and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage responsibilities independently without constant oversight. Flexibility is crucial, as the standard working hours are from . AM to . PM with occasional additional hours based on workload and urgent needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct support to the CEO by managing daily tasks, planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Oversee email correspondence, document handling, and report preparation to maintain smooth communication flow. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Conduct research, prepare concise summaries, and assist with decision-making processes. Support the CEO with any urgent or ad-hoc assignments as required.

Required Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and email management tools is required. The candidate must be able to work independently, follow instructions accurately, and remain accessible during the designated work hours. A high degree of responsibility, discipline, and effective time management skills are necessary. Flexibility to work extra hours when needed to meet business demands is also important.

Compensation and Work Details
