Description

Job Title: Content and Social Media Lead

Location: Lahore Office

Responsibilities:

-Develop social media strategies aligned with growth goals, identifying target audience segments, and tailoring content accordingly while staying updated on regional fintech trends for new opportunities.

- Create engaging content for various platforms, manage content calendar and scheduling, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing team.

- Manage communication across social media platforms, respond to comments, messages, and emails promptly, and route leads to relevant departments.

- Utilize analytics tools to track metrics, evaluate performance, develop reports to communicate social media performance, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

- Liaise with event organizers and stakeholders, coordinate with vendors for event marketing.

- Convert technical details into marketing content for product brochures, write well-researched whitepapers, short case studies, engaging articles, and press releases, provide copy for print branding collateral, write compelling emails for company updates, and maintain a bi-monthly newsletter on LinkedIn.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum years of experience in social media management and content creation

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms

- Proficiency with Canva is a plus

- Experience in high-level corporate content writing

- Excellent written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
