Description
o Act as single point of contact with the Board of Directors and Management.
o To coordinate and organize meetings of the Board of Directors and shareholders.
o Ensure that all procedures relating to the function are followed, and all applicable laws, rules & regulations are complied with, including compliances with Companies Act , relevant SECP Guidelines and Code of Corporate Governance.
o Record minutes of all Board of Directors meetings.
o Record / review minutes of the Board Committees.
o Continually review development in Corporate Governance, Secretarial laws & practices and SECP regulations to facilitate and assist the Directors and the Management with respect to execution of their duties and responsibilities.
o Other tasks assigned by Management.
Job Specification
Master Wind Energy Limited is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Company secretary in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have member of a recognized institute of professional accountants; or member of recognized institute of corporate / chartered secretaries such as icap / qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require procedures, regulations, corporate, review, development, management, execution, communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 300k to 500k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
