Description

.    Prepare inquiry sheet separately for each client with date and serial number on it. (Specimen to be followed)
.    Maintain record of inquiry sheets over a period of two months.
.    Send email to maximum suppliers after receiving inquiry.(at least to suppliers)
.    Commercial is responsible to search suppliers in case of new development of clients.       (He may take the help of BD department if need arise)
.    He must offer rates to the client same day or very next day.
.    He will offer the rate to the marketing person who will send quotation afterwards. If marketing person is on leave or on outstation it will be the responsibility of commercial to send the quotation to the client. If there is no marketing person involved then commercial will send the quotation to the client himself with the signature of marketing person.
.    Commercial should offer rate after suppliers’ confirmation. If rates are given at his own then the entire responsibility will be on commercial person.
.    Commercial person should inform the marketing person about the prevailing market price of other suppliers.
.    Commercial person should follow up with the marketing person/ client for acceptance of the offer. In case of a bid price lower than the offered price he will strongly but amicably negotiate with suppliers to match the bid price.
.    After confirmation from the client commercial will send indent details to indent department for making the indent.
.    Complete Product name along with the specifications (USP/ BP/ EP/ In house etc.) should be mentioned at the time of quotation and at the time of indent.
.    Check indent carefully after receiving from indent department. Send it to clients through the front desk.
.    Commercial is responsible for choosing reliable manufacturer.


.    Commercial is responsible for verification of valid GMP of the manufacturer.
.    Commercial is also responsible for suppliers’ credentials at the time of first order.
.    CPA is also the responsibility of Commercial person.
.    Commercial will get Sales Contract or Purchase Order and get it signed and stamp from the supplier. He will also check material availability while confirming the order.
.    Pre- shipment, pouch samples and working standard must be ensured by the commercial person at the time of order confirmation so that it can be managed by the logistic person afterwards.
.    Negotiate strongly for optimum commission.
.    Push client directly or through marketing person for payment instrument.
.    Getting updates from logistics.
.    If there is any issue of shipment from supplier end then coordinate with logistics department to handle it.
.    Push for payment when shipment is completed.
.    Rejection matters should be handled by commercial person along with the support of marketing person.
.    Commercial shall arrange samples within suitable time and give feed back to the marketing person.
.    Complete technical package (MSDS/ Stability/ MOA/ COA/ Working standard) should be arranged in time as per requirement.
.    Commercial is not authorized to use harsh/ indecent words or misbehave with suppliers.
.    Commercial will provide in time feedback to suppliers of every inquiry.
.    Commercial will provide in time reply to all emails in case of problematic situation.
.    When there is no inquiry then:
(a)    Prepare and share data with suppliers & look for business growth options.
(b)    Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
(c)    Maintain a close contact/coordination with marketing person.
(d)    Import data compilation and analysis.

The position require sheet, client, email, receiving, commercial, case, development, marketing, quotation, leave, confirmation, inform, market, product, specifications, house, check, front, verification, sales, purchase order, supplier, availability, shipment, order, issue, logistics, support, feed, technical, feedback, data, business growth, import, analysis mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 35k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
