Description

• Work with different controller type machines preferred Fanuc and Heidenhain.

• Follow supervisor instruction to do proper Job setup on machine.

• Arrange tooling specific to job setup.

• Read and Understand Drawings, specifications, Manufacturing symbols and parameters.

• Prepare Machines for Manufacturing. This includes checking attachments and parts, taking measurements, Job dialing, making adjustments to precisely calibrate machines, and loading feeding mechanisms.

• Knowledge of G&M-codes and perform minor modification on machines.

• Maintain machines and equipment by cleaning and tools sharpening.

• Complete all reports and other paperwork associated with machining process.

• Inspect critical dimensions of parts to ensure they meet all specifications and quality standards as per in process inspection instruction before unclamp the part.

• Use Measuring tools (steel rules, tape measures, calipers, gages, micrometers, dial indicator)

• Work on weekends and overtime if required.

The ideal candidate should have diploma mechanical qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require fanuc, setup, machine, specifications, manufacturing, checking, equipment, cleaning, tools, machining process, quality standards, process, inspection, part mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 16k to 18k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
