Description

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Cargo Sales Officer to lead our Airlines GSA Sales Operations in Central/North Pakistan, based in Lahore. The role involves promoting and selling airline cargo services through cargo agents and freight forwarders across Central and North Pakistan while developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, and key industry stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and generating leads to drive growth. The candidate will analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive, collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and service delivery, and contribute consistently to overall revenue growth and business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell airline cargo space to existing and potential clients through cargo agents/freight forwarders in central/north Pakistan.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, and other industry stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

• Guide the marketing team for campaigns to promote cargo services and sales.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.

• At least – years of experience in the Airline/GSA industry with a proven track record.

• Must be computer literate with expertise in MS Office

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently and lead the sales team.
