We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be for our hospital and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Call Center W3S is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Call Center Representative in the field of Health Care Provider in one of their office located in Lahore, Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have ma/ba qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require outdoor calls , communication, Identify customers’ needs, Meet personal/team mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 35k to 40kper month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
About Call Center W3S
Call Logging into CRM. • Updating customer with case number. • Updating customer with update when required. • Level 1 investigation and updating cases. • Responding to customer complaints. • Working on weekdays and Holidays providing 24/7, 365 days support. • 100% accuracy maintaining on all support calls and emails.
