Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our outbound call team in the trucking industry. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and selling our company's transportation services.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and keeping accurate records of all sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing Carriers by speaking with them.

Making Outbound calls and onboarding carriers.

Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes

Submitting Invoices

Maintaining Records

Negotiating rates and delivery timelines

REQUIREMENTS:

Hardworking & Punctual

Fluent USA English

Excellent Communication ( Verbal and written )

Ability to work under pressure. Computer Literate (MS Word & Excel)

Experience in the trucking industry is preferred.

Must have months of experience in outbound sales
