Responsibilities:

. Handle incoming customer calls during the night shift, providing assistance and resolving queries.

. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while engaging with customers.

. Document and follow up on customer interactions for quality control purposes.

. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective call center operations.

. Adhere to company policies and procedures, while meeting measurable performance targets.

Required Skills :

. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a neutral accent and clear pronunciation.

. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills to provide outstanding support.

. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with call center software systems.

. Flexible to work night shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
