Description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative candidate who can accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time ( only night shift )

Salary: , ( only for experienced agents having experience in outbound campaigns )

Responsibilities: •

Manage large amounts of outbound calls on time •

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives

Requirements and skills

Previous experience in a customer sales role. ( preferably in the US-based )

Must have good communication skills.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Must have good learning skills.
