Softech Systems is hiring Business Sales Manager

Candidates for this role will be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest marketing and sales techniques and practices.
Job Duties:
• Prepares comprehensive business strategies that align with company goals
• Understands current offerings; researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form business strategies .
• Works to develop cost-effective business plans for each product or service
• Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the company in important buyer meetings.
• Plans promotional and awareness campaigns and support.
• Manages all online avenues of production, including website, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses.
• Monitors, track, and documents campaign results; analyze data/returns/customer response
• Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals .
Job Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, marketing, sales, or related field from an accredited and reputed university.
• - years of previous experience as a business sales manager, product manager, strategist, sales manager or related marketing experience
• Experience preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
• Strong analytical, financial, or pricing skills preferred
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expert in the internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media outlets that are significant in company outreach.

The ideal candidate should have bacholar in marketing & sales qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require business, sales manager, creative, sales, promotional activitist, social media expert, campaigns, product management, strategist, analytical, computer skills, word, powerpoint, outlook, excel, verbal communication, facebook, twitter mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 150 to 250 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
