Description

Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Prepare sales contracts and drafting proposals for potential and existing clients.

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Book Selection

Researching about international market and international book industry trends and presenting reports to the management.

Initiating corporate meetings email and call correspondence with clients as and when directed by the management.

Initiating, proposing and managing in-store events and school/libraries or club events ( which may include but will not be limited to book exhibitions, book fairs, book clubs)

Taking care of correspondence related to business development.

Work with the retail team to understand and propose to the management how footfall can be increased at each store.

Working with the online and social media team to increase conversions at the physical and online store via multi-title campaigns and specific title promotions.

Handle all coordination required with authors, publishers etc. for in-store events as mentioned above.

Requirements:

- years of proven experience

BBA from a well reputed HEC recognized University

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction

Strong Liaising skills
