Property Consultant
Responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales, real estate brokerage, property leasing, and property evaluation to high net worth clients.
SCOPE
Business Development Manager
Expand the reach of the organization via new corporate tie ups. We intend to hire a person with global thought process, as the candidate will be expected to explore GCC and International markets as well.
Property Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development Manager
- •Approach H.R. of MNC’s for corporate tie ups.
- •Research on upcoming projects in the region.
- •Approaching owners to get exclusivity on individual asset/project sales and leasing.
- •Keeping tab of upcoming property events and related trade shows globally.
- •Ensure contracts with all prominent developers.
- •Active involvement in marketing plans and annual budget
- •Propose innovative ideas to motivate agents and roping in new active agents from competitors to expand the team
Property Consultant
- •Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents.
- •Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
- •Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: leasing, sale, re-sale, property valuation, Dubai Property Tour…etc) professionally, to maintain a high standard of service.
- •Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.
- •Collect full details of property which includes photo shooting, arranging viewings, showing the property to potential tenants, etc…
- •Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative, and excellent communication skills.
- •Stress & time management skills

Pak Dream Houses is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Business Development Manager in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Islamabad, Karachi, Peshawar - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have master qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require process-management, project-management, time-management, connection-manager, knowledge-management mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 80k to 150kper month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
