Trax Online Private Limited is looking for Business Development Managers for its Islamabad and Jhelum office:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Keep records of sales & revenues

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Negotiating with stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum -year proven experience

Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills

Computer literacy skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Dynamic and willing to take initiative

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong communication skills
