Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, and driving the overall growth of our distribution network. You will play a critical role in enhancing market reach and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
Establish and maintain relationships with retail pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners.
Expand the customer base and strengthen existing client relationships.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Negotiate commercial terms and close distribution and supply agreements.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth areas.
Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Track and report on key performance metrics and sales progress using CRM tools.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
Minimum years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, distribution, or business development.
Strong knowledge of medicine distribution networks and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in using CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.

Job Specification
Health Plus Distributar is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Business Development Manager in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have minimum bachelors qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require cold chain management, business development manager, pharmaceutical sales mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
