Description
• Book-keeping on different software, using source records i.e. sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense vouchers, bank statements, credit card statements, loan account statements, wages reports etc.
• Reconciliation of customer, supplier and general ledger accounts and resolving queries.
• Reconciliation of key control accounts e.g. bank accounts, tax liabilities, wages account, loan accounts etc.
• Trial balance review and adjustments.
• Preparation of supporting working papers in Excel.
• Year-end adjustment calculations and journals e.g. accruals, prepayments, depreciation, deferred / accrued income etc.
• Electronic submissions of VAT Returns.
• Email and verbal communication
Job Specification
BBG Professionals is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Book Keeper in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Faisalabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have acca, aca, mba (finance), m.com, b.com, bba (hons) or other relevant accountancy / finance qualifications qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require software, purchase, vouchers, reconciliation, supplier, general ledger, control, trial balance, review, preparation, depreciation, email, verbal communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
