Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products/services. Your main responsibilities will include:

Researching and identifying potential clients and market segments.

Conducting outbound prospecting through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.

Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.

Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive analysis.

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall growth strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales-related role or customer-facing position is plus but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to listen, understand, and articulate the needs of potential clients.

A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor's qualification and atleast 1 year of experience.
