Description

Avatar Dialler is an automated call center software solution that utilizes automated voice recordings to help businesses with worldwide customers streamline their support services. The platform includes predictive dialing and robo-calling to maximize productivity and reduce the potential for manual dialing errors.

Fathom International is looking for a customer-oriented Avatar call agent. An agent will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and collect contact information of interested Customers/Clients for Sales Department.

Responsibilities:

* Generate leads.

* Understanding of company products, services, and policies.

* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

* Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

* Follow call center scripts, communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Skills:

* Proven CSR experience or Fresh

* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

* Proficiency with computers

Basic Salary : , + Commission

Fathom International Services PVT Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Avatar call Agent in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have high school qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require call center, sales, customer service, scripts, communication, cold calling, csr, avatar call agent, avatar agent, avatar mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 35k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
