Job description

The Assistant Manager - MIS is responsible for overseeing the organization's management information systems, managing and maintaining databases, and ensuring seamless IT operations. Expertise in MSSQL, database management, and IT support is essential for this role

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization's MSSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.

Develop and implement database backup, recovery, and archiving procedures.

Perform regular database monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve business processes and performance.

Required Skills & Qualification

Bachelor’s in Computer Science

Strong understanding of database management, IT infrastructure, and website maintenance.

Proficiency in MSSQL, WordPress, cPanel, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills.

Punctual, reliable, and must have strong communication skills.

Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management.
