Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager and Business Development Manager for our Affiliate Network at Serene Tower, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our affiliate marketing program within the real estate industry. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliates, optimizing performance, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our affiliate network within the real estate sector. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a deep understanding of affiliate networks and experience in the real estate industry to join a dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing affiliates within the real estate industry, providing support, guidance, and resources to maximize their performance and revenue generation.
Identify and recruit new affiliates within the real estate sector through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic initiatives to expand our affiliate network.
Analyze affiliate performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize performance and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and business development, to develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to the real estate industry.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and adherence to company policies and standards.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the real estate sector and affiliate marketing landscape.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or a similar role, with a focus on the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, particularly within the real estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and industry stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
