Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Agent for our on-site team in Karachi. The ideal candidate must have at least year of experience in sales, specifically in cold calling or call center sales. Fluency in spoken English and strong listening and communication skills are essential for this role.
You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with the sales team to meet company goals
Requirements:
• Minimum year of experience in cold calling or call center sales
• Fluent in English (strong speaking and listening skills required)
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Must be target-driven and results-oriented
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Karachi
