*About the Role* We are looking for dedicated *Research Analysts* to help source and connect industry experts with
our clients. This is a *remote, commission-based* role that requires consistency and strong communication skills.
*Compensation Details*
• $ per month for working hours per day at % engagement, with fewer than credits achieved and daily
submission of new experts validated and verified.
• $ per credit for new experts for each of the first credits booked.
• If or more credits are achieved, the commission rate increases to $ per credit for each credit starting from the th
credit onward.
*Responsibilities* Encourage expert sign-ups through professional networking platforms. - Review and shortlist expert
profiles for client projects.
*Qualifications* - Must have - LinkedIn accounts, and those accounts should be at least months old. (borrow from
your family & friends also acceptable) Company will provide them a tool to set up their accounts on it to avoid restrictions
e.g proxies- * - years* of experience in lead generation or recruitment (Fresh grads encouraged). - An *active
professional networking profile* with a good number of connections. - *Availability* to dedicate * hours per day this role (not suitable for full-time employees ].
Job Specification
Silverlight company is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Asian Market Research Analyst in the field of Research in one of their office located in Karachi Islamabad lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require computer literacy mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 50k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
